Jane
Arneil had an easy victory for the Lib Dems in Kew with 1722 votes
in the by-election on 18th December. The Tories had 1235, Greens
104 and Labour 85 votes, with a good turn-out of 46.6%. This is
the second recent by-election victory for the Lib Dems.
