Cllr Marc Cranfield-Adams, who represents North Richmond Ward, has joined the Liberal Democrats.

He was welcomed by the opposition group leader, Cllr Serge Lourie, who said: "I am delighted that Marc Cranfield-Adams has decided to join the Liberal Democrats. He works assiduously in his ward and is well known for taking up ward issues extremely forcefully. I look forward to working with him."
